would be just that, drop off only. We put together your food/menu and deliver to your specific location at the desired time. This is ala carte pricing. We do not have set packages for this option. You would just need to pick what you wanted to have, and we can get you a cost breakdown. You would need to have a way to keep the food items hot until it’s time for you to eat, as well as have someone designated for replenishment. No set up or cleanup is included. We charge 10% gratuity for the staff member who delivers and a per mile round trip delivery fee.
Delivery with set up
is the exact same as delivery, but we include disposable chafing stands, fuel, and serving utensils. When we arrive you will need to have a table/space designated for the food and we will handle the set up.
is the most popular option for weddings & larger gatherings. The minimum guest count to be able to have full service is 50 guests. The pricing guide shows some of the "package options" we offer. Full service includes staff to set up of our serving equipment, serve the guests, cleanup/breakdown, disposable heavy duty plates (we have several options including glass dinnerware available), cups, napkins, utensils, tea, lemonade, water, ice, buns, sauces, and the menu of your choice. We will bring tables and linens for the buffet line and appetizers only. Pricing is based on the menu and for how many people attending. 18% gratuity is added in for the crew. We do not charge any travel fees if it is under a 2 hour drive. We cater all over eastern NC & VA!
